She did her Masters in Commerce from Gorakhpur University, where she was a university topper.
She has done Cost Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI),
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) USA
and Charted Financial Analysts (CFA) from IMA, USA.
She shifted to Kuwait in 2000 and began her career as an accountant. Although she deserved
a higher post, the societal mindset back in the early 2000s was very biased. Everyone avoided
the concept of a female boss/superior.
She has received several recognitions for Best Employee, Best Management and best department.
There is absolutely no limit to what women can achieve and this has been proved time and again. They just need equal opportunities. As mothers, it is our responsibility to raise our sons to be respectful towards women and treat them with equal dignity. At the same time, we need to raise our daughters to make their own identities and accomplish anything they set their hearts to.
